We do not charge an entry fee for initial consultations, quotations, or site visits. Our team will provide a free assessment and detailed quotation for all work required.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of £150
  • No-show appointments will be charged at our standard call-out rate
  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

5.4 Recovery of Materials Costs

In the event of cancellation after materials have been ordered or purchased:

  • We reserve the right to recover the full cost of any materials already ordered or purchased
  • Materials costs will be calculated based on our actual purchase price
  • Any restocking fees charged by suppliers will be passed on to the client
  • We will provide itemised receipts for all materials costs claimed
  • Materials already delivered to site must be paid for in full

6. Work Standards and Guarantees

6.1 Quality Standards

All work is carried out to the highest professional standards in accordance with:
