We provide free, no-obligation quotations for all services. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in material costs.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or cash
• For larger projects, we may require a deposit or staged payments
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5.1 Booking

Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm appointments in writing and provide estimated arrival times.

5.2 No Entry Fee

We do not charge an entry fee for initial consultations, quotations, or site visits. Our team will provide a free assessment and detailed quotation for all work required.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of £150
• No-show appointments will be charged at our standard call-out rate
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

5.4 Recovery of Materials Costs

In the event of cancellation after materials have been ordered or purchased:

• We reserve the right to recover the full cost of any materials already ordered or purchased
• Materials costs will be calculated based on our actual purchase price
• Any restocking fees charged by suppliers will be passed on to the client
• We will provide itemised receipts for all materials costs claimed
• Materials already delivered to site must be paid for in full

6.1 Quality Standards

All work is carried out to the highest professional standards in accordance with:

• British Standards (BS)
• Industry best practices
• Manufacturer guidelines

6.2 Guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion
• Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Electrical work is certified and registered with relevant authorities
• Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers

8.1 Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including:

• Public Liability Insurance (£2,000,000)
• Professional Indemnity Insurance

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
