Cookies and tracking

With your permission, Google Ads measures which adverts lead to successful enquiries. Advertising cookies such as _gcl_aw can store an ad click reference for up to 90 days. Google receives connection information, page information and a random submission reference. We do not send your name, email, phone number or enquiry message to Google Ads. We do not use Google Analytics, enhanced conversions or personalised advertising.

Browser storage and offline access

The site uses a service worker and your browser’s Cache Storage to save website files, images and fonts for faster repeat visits and offline browsing. These caches contain public website resources, not the details you enter into the enquiry form. Website caches are refreshed as new versions become available. Cached Google Fonts resources can remain for up to one year; your browser may remove cached files earlier.

We save your measurement choice, its date and notice version in local storage for up to 180 days. A short-lived enquiry confirmation record is held in the current tab's memory for up to 10 minutes and disappears on refresh or when the page closes. It contains no form details.

External services

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers. Submitting an enquiry sends your form details to Formspree for processing and delivery. These requests are separate from optional advertising or analytics tracking. Managing website storage

Cookie Settings in the footer lets you accept or reject advertising measurement. Before acceptance, and after rejection, the Google advertising tag is blocked. Withdrawing permission removes accessible Google Ads cookies and reloads the page to stop further measurement; unsent form entries may be lost. Rejected enquiries are not measured retrospectively. You can also remove website data in your browser settings. The enquiry form requires an internet connection.
